2. Government Funding Database—Funders Database.

A. To apply for funding your organisation must upload the Funders Passport to the Government Funding Database (GFD). Tick the box applicable and proceed as instructed:

The organisation has already uploaded the Funder’s Passport.

The organisation will upload it’s own Funders Passport.
(refer to Appendix B for instructions and complete Appendix A )

The organisation cannot/does not wish to upload the documents and will send them to the EA with a completed declaration verifying that the documents are fit for purpose
(forward the key documents with this application and complete Appendix C)

The 5 key documents listed below are required for the Funders Passport:
• Unit Constitution
• List of office bearers (Management Committee)
• Organisation Chart
• Copy of Audited Accounts or Financial Statement
• Rental Agreements/Lease or evidence of ownership
